Objective: Win Q4 against an entrenched category leader and break through “new year, new you” clutter to drive sales and trial during a pivotal sales window.

Our Idea: Bakers and #BookTok lovers were a crossover audience nobody had claimed. We built a 360 holiday platform around it — concept, creative, paid social, partnerships, and PR — and put the bestseller (puff pastry) at the center of the story.

The Receipt:

  • 30% YoY sales lift during the pivotal holiday window

  • 95% ad completion rate across paid social

  • New retailer interest unlocked for 2026 reset

Why It Matters: Creative is a strong commercial strategy, not as content for content’s sake. We moved the bottom line, not just a vanity metric.
